SOS Inventory Sync
Builds post to SOS when you mark them Complete (completing a finished good posts its sub-assemblies first). If a post fails (e.g. SOS is down), it queues for retry here.
Legacy Cleanup
Work orders created before deferred posting (v1.8) were pushed to SOS the moment they were created, so their inventory is already accounted for. Run this once to mark every existing build Complete so they leave the In Process count and can never be re-posted. This does not touch SOS.
